Initial phone screen to understand the role and meet hiring manager, next round was an in person interview and role play, final presentation was a real life example of strategic planning with accounts
Recruiter Round: Initial call with recruiter. They asked about background, current role, sales targets, and motivation for applying. Very conversational, more about fit and availability.
Hiring Manager Round: Focused on sales skills, quota achievement, and role-specific scenarios. Expect situational and behavioral questions (e.g., handling objections, closing deals).

They asked me to walk them through my sales process — from prospecting to closing — and highlight a deal I was most proud of.
