The interviewers were personal, engaged, consistent, and passionate. The process is composed of a preliminary screening call, followed by a virtual meeting with the hiring manager and a consulting engineer. After the second interview, I was invited to a final challenge round where I was given mock accounts that I had to analyze and sort based on my understanding. The interview process is lengthy. It’s clear that they are looking for top talent - someone they can mould and train, but above all someone who fits into the company culture. I was given enough time to prepare my final challenge presentation, which included a prep call with the hiring manager. In this call, I was given feedback, which I found quite useful. I received an offer the following day. Overall, the process was outstanding and I appreciate the effort the team put into the interview process.
