Process straight forward- phone screening and then a video interview with a senior manager in the US and then another video call with the head of department. Everyone is friendly and great to chat with, the only issue is they tell you the next steps but don’t follow up. When you do they ignore you.

Overall, the process was engaging, informative, and went smoothly through the peer interview, which I felt went exceptionally well. However, I was disappointed to receive a rejection email without any explanation or feedback. Having prepared thoroughly and performed strongly during the interview, I would greatly appreciate any insights you could share on areas for improvement. It was a waste of time.

Lengthy interview process with multiple departments. Include both technical and sales/business. Starts of with HR, Hiring Manager, peers, and then other departments like solutions architect, sales, etc... Quite average except for the technical part, which can be a bit difficult if you're not from the data space
