I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MongoDB (Dublin, Dublin) in Apr 2022
Interview
This was the most seamless interview process I have ever been through. The HR contacts were efficient and very accommodating when it came to scheduling interview slots and I was never left wondering what the next steps were going to be.

Interview
Interview with the recruiter then hiring manager. Recruiter said they wanted to move fast and would get back to me the next day, but didn’t hear back for several days. Interviewed with the hiring manager then never heard back after waiting over a week. I reached out to the recruiter and received no response, again waiting over a week I was ghosted: I feel this shows lack of respect and professionalism to a candidate at such a late stage in the process. It isn’t difficult to be kind and send a canned rejection letter, is it?
Egregiously long interview process with mostly out-of-touch executives. There's very clearly a boys club within the company, in that execs who have been there a long time have conflated egos. Hire more people outside of your company instead of promoting within.
It was amazing and very transparent. I have to go through no. of interview rounds. I have a clarity after reach round of interview.
Team was very supportive and helpful.
