Had two phone screens, one with would-be peer and one with a senior technical member of staff. then came in to meet VP of Engineering and CTO, then came back to meet CEO and VP of Sales. Had a Skype interview along the way with another senior engineer.

Process was clear and steps were clarified along the way. Very positive experience with the team involved in the interview process. The environment and technical challenges were different than my current job role in positive ways. I do not believe I hit the right skills in key areas to advance in the process to the final interview and offer phase.
Transparent, and not too much hard. Asked about customer experiences, motivation to mongodb, dbs, differences beetween DB engines, related experiences. Design and describe an Airport control tower application architecture flow. DBs, db engine type, replication, high availability, consistency, APIs, etc
