Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MongoDB (Remote) in July 2022
Interview
It was a round of three interviews, all of them mixing technical and behavioral aspects. At the end of each chat they let me know the focus of the next one, so I could prepare properly. There were no "take-home assessments", which was great! I didn't feel like I was working for free - as I have felt before when interviewing for other companies.

Question 1
They asked great technical questions about each stage of recruiting (intake meeting, sourcing and how to make an offer were the main points).
The interview process was composed of the initial screening interview + 4 other interviews with different members of the recruiting team about different topics. The process was great and fast and people I met were open and respectful and really helpful replying to my final questions. I was satisfied with the kind of process and timing.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at MongoDB (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
The overall process was very well thought out and organized. I received timely communications with everyone involved and got a great sense of what to expect in the role I was interviewing for. I loved everyone I spoke with. They all were very engaged, professional, fun, and supportive, giving great insight int the culture at Mongo overall.
