Interview
One Phone Screen and then a technical interview with the director. Asks basic questions about databases and distributed systems. Then asks two programming problems (your language choice). Interview is very open-ended (besides the programming problem)

Interview
The interview with MongoDB was a positive experience. The Recruiter was prompt and answered as many of my questions as possible before starting the official interview process. This process included an overview of previous roles and experiences. The process also included a technical and coding exercise.
