This was a very interesting process as initially, I had enquired about a Marketing Operations Manager role, and had an initial call with the internal Recruiter. After that call, and some internal conversations, the Recruiter suggested I might be more suited for a more Senior position. The recruitment process involved a 1st-stage call with the Hiring Manager, then 4 additional calls with Stakeholders in the department, and a final-stage call with the Hiring Manager again. The content of the calls varied between technical and strategic questions, and ones more towards culture fit. What was great about the process, was that - while there were challenging questions - it was a largely informal format, which helped discussions flow.
