I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MongoDB (Philadelphia, PA)
Interview
Applied through University Career fair. A week later got a Phone behavioral and technical interview with common questioning running through your resume. A few days later was notified that the position was already filled by a more suitable candidate but was instructed to reapply in the future.
Pretty good, had to interview with like three people all in the span of a few hours due to time contraints but i was able to make it through. Its not too bad , just be ready to answer behavioral questions mostly. Emphasis on teamwork and growth
The process unfolded seamlessly, encompassing three rounds: an initial recruiter call, followed by a technical interview, and culminating in the final manager interview. I found the overall process to be remarkably efficient and effective, facilitating a smooth and well-organized experience.
It was not too hard, but there were some questions where I was struggling to think of the answer to in time. Overall would not say this was a relatively bad interview
