Initial call > hour-long personality test > call w/ Hiring Manager > Discovery role play > "Challenge" Prep call > The Challenge (3x15min role plays + feedback) They provided a lot of guidance/feedback/information throughout the process and were good communicators. On the other hand, I worked for more than a few hours in preparation for the final challenge and received no offer in the end. I felt like the time and effort they asked of me for the interview process was extensive and even though I was well-prepared, I still was rejected. This is obviously disappointing and frustrating. I feel like the interview process could definitely be more succinct. This is an entry-level position after all...
