First is the screening round and they happened to be asking few questions , why mongo db ? Also introduced herself , what I knew about mongodb and how things are executed
Everyone was really nice. I felt well prepped for each step. I was told they closed the position without filling the role. Quick process versus most other companies. I spoke with the recruiter, had a technical interview, and then an interview with someone in a director role.

Long process but definitely doable. They provide you with a lot of guidance and help throughout. There is a technical side but for sure more on the sales side when it comes to the different rounds. Great coaching and mentoring as well.
