Interview
Successful candidates then proceed to a series of on-site or virtual technical interviews, focusing on algorithms, data structures, system design, and MongoDB-specific knowledge. Behavioral interviews are conducted to evaluate cultural fit and problem-solving abilities. The final round may involve meeting with senior leadership.
Three rounds. One was an hr screening. The next one if you passed was technical then one final round with hiring manager and other people as well. Interview process was very clear and communication was amazing. I have zero complaints

Interview
Technical screen pretty easy, karat more difficult. need to move through questions very quickly. There is a quick time complexity section then 2 multi-part problems. I found it difficult because my karat engineer had noise in the background and was hard to understand. Recruiters are very nice though.
