Recruiter reached out via LI and I agreed to a chat. Was interested so I went through 3 additional rounds, one with the BP I would report into, another with a stakeholder (extremely rude and condescending but explained away as a “passionate individual” by the interview panel - why’s this always the case with sales leaders?) and then CHRO. CHRO and BP were professional and kind, but the BP was a different character. I’m sure I didn’t get the offer because we didn’t vibe and I understand that’s a big factor. However my gripe is that the recruiter completely ghosted me. They reached out to me, I went through the process and then after completing the interview process, they never responded back to me even though I followed up.
