The interview process was fairly simple. I went into the establishment and completed the written application. It asked the standard questions about employment history and education. References were not required. I then met with the manager and reviewed the information on my application. I was asked fairly simple interview questions about my experience working in restaurants, basic customer service skills, and understanding of standard safety and sanitation practices. There was no background check or drug test required and I was hired on the spot.
