I started by recording a short video to present myself and show my motivation. After being shortlisted, I received 3 additional follow-up questions. Those questions were a good opportunity to make a difference.
I got a first interview and then a take-home challenge. The challenge was well put together, and interesting to do. I did not get an offer.
Overall, it was a really positive experience. The Open Letter to Candidate is something I wish would be mandory for any company. I have already share this feedback with the team and I am gladly doing it again here.
