Monmouth College interview questions

Met with Dean of Students, basic questions. Everyone is just starting off so no experience needed. GPA and temperament were biggest factors. Training was provided. Overall a positive experience, easier for some people if they get a desirable dorm.

Easy and clear process. There was communication before the interview. The interview questions were sent beforehand, which was really nice. The committee was nice and welcoming during the first interview (zoom).
