Monogram Health Care Manager/Social Worker interview questions

It was virutal, the interviewer was nice and responded favorably to the STAR method but apparently later I was told it was a script which did not accuately reflect the job hours. For example I was told 8am -430pm M-F but in training you are informed it is also on-call until 10pm (although that mostly happens with RNs, you must be available and you can be 50 miles from home.
