I interviewed at Montana Instruments (Bozeman, MT)
Interview
My job interview was a thorough and engaging process. I had the opportunity to meet with several people, which gave me a sense of the team dynamics and the company’s collaborative culture. As it was a full day long, they provided lunch, which made the experience feel more welcoming and gave me a chance to connect with others in a casual setting. The length of the interview showed me how seriously they view the role and how much they wanted to understand my skills and potential fit. I also appreciated the chance to learn more about the company's environment, values, and the people I might work with. Overall, it felt like a comprehensive and thoughtful experience.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Montana Instruments
Interview
3-4 rounds of interviews before the face to face meeting in Bozeman. Lots of question about past successes and achievements. People in Montana are so very kind and polite. It has been a pleasant process so far.
I applied online. I interviewed at Montana Instruments (Bozeman, MT) in Mar 2018
Interview
This was a positive interview process. They were very open through the entire interview process about how the process would go. It included a phone interview, a "take-home test", and after that an in-person interview. The in-person interview included a tour of the manufacturing facility, a procedure reading/executing test, as well as a typical interview with various supervisors.
