Montana State Fund interview questions

The interview process was standard for the State Fund. However, punctuality was not a strong suit of the hiring manager. There also seemed to be a genuine disinterest in conducting the interview. technical questions asked were not industry standard and were not individually checked.

Interviews are stiff and unimaginative behavior based questions from what appears to be straight from some HR textbook. there was a little bit of querying regarding technical abilities, but not much.
