Submit application and letters of recommendations. Followed by first round of interviews. If passed the first round, you’ll will be asked to schedule to participate in a series of assessments in the second round. Once passed you will be invited to meet with the team, where an offer letter is sent out for your acceptance or decline.

I met with the chair of the counseling department and they looked over my resume and mainly asked to know more about me, why I chose the college, if I had any questions for them, and they also explained the nature of the job.
