Multiple interviews with various staff. Everyone was informative and seemed knowledgeable. HR was very slow to get back to me, or maybe it was the facility? I anticipated hearing back within the week but it took them 3 weeks to get to a decision. At which point I had taken another job.

Interview
only had one interview where I met with clinical director, very casual interview, chatted relevant experience, nutrition philosophy. Felt like a culture fit interview rather than experience interview. However, I have relevant experience so she may have just been checking the boxes
The interview was pretty standard, but they took awhile to reach out between the first and second interview. Be sure to ask about the meal plan structure because it is slightly different than a lot of other treatment centers.
