Montefiore Medical Database Manager interview questions

about 2 weeks. Phone screen with HR and with a manager. Database department is full of overworked staff. Their management can't care less about them. And rather prefer them to work 3rd shift with no incentives. After an interview i didn't even followed up - no desire to work for a sweat shop with no upside. Btw, the pay is lower than market. Location is one pain to get to.
