I was hired over the phone. I was explained what the job was in detail. I was told who i would deal with and the sites i would support. I was told i would be given training for the first month at the Moses Campus working with the Desktop Service request group. I would learn all the IT ways and shadow the employees. I would handle tickets and how to use the software CA Service manager. I would then work with the remote technicians going to remote sites and how to handle them. I would be given a laptop,label maker and net work tester.
