Smooth and straightforward with panels of 3 persons. All will take turns to ask questions. Interview done on zoom with scenarios or cases provided and you have to give theories or assumptions.

How do you handle the conflicts between the husband and wife.
Genuine-sounding leader with passion for the work. One other interviewer that looked more stern and did not speak a single word. Enjoyed sensing the vibes of the company through the interviewer.
Smooth and easy, good questions asked and relevant to the job scope. They are quite open in hiring anyone as long as you answer genuinely and honestly, and have a keen motivation to work with children and families
