The interview process was well outlined and straightforward, a breath of fresh air in this current market. There was a brief phone interview asking about my qualifications and interests with a very engaging recruiter who was genuinely invested. I then received a well-communicated timeline and an invitation to an in-person interview a week later with the relevant personnel asking about technical knowledge and career goals. The final interview was scheduled a week later with the COO to discuss my goals for the future and where I see myself in the company. I received the official job offer over the phone the next day. Every interviewer was very personable and engaged, and it was a great experience.
