Overall, the atmosphere of the interview wasn't bad! Nothing too stressful or serious, which I appreciated. Asked a variety of questions, and many of them pertained to something social media-related (in addition to basic interview questions), so definitely do your research when it comes to the position you're interviewing for.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Monument (NY) (New York, NY) in June 2021
Interview
Hands down the most awkward and unprofessional interview of my life. It basically consisted of some sweaty dude in Bolivia arriving onto the Zoom 10 minutes late without apology, checking his phone the whole time and texting people about money. He barely asked me any pertinent questions, so I lead my own interview. Didn't even introduce himself so at the end of the interview I had to ask him basically who he was and what his role was. To top it off, he had no idea what the salary for the role would be (even though he is the one posting a job listing), nor did he have any concrete details about the role. So he then asked me to email him in a week for a spec sheet on the role...which I did and he still didn't have available. Another week goes by and the same thing. Eventually when I asked if they had any intention in actually hiring someone for the position, he goes "we're on a hiring pause, check back in 2 weeks" to which I did and received no reply. I highly doubt this is even a legit company that will last if this is the way they seem to run things. I took time off my current job to waste on this pathetic excuse for an "interview."

Question 1
None. Literally none. I had to run my own interview while this guy was on his phone the entire time.
