Monument Realty Property/Asset Manager interview questions

Met with 2 of 3 principals, and initial impressions were positive all around. Monument did indicate it was early in the process and then engaged a search firm that elongated the search for 2 months and ended up hiring someone else. I believe they wanted someone whose background was focused more on property management.
