I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Mood & Mind in Dec 2018
Interview
Applied on Indeed.com , Online skype interview followed by an in person interview at the corporate location. Pretty long interview face to face followed by a tour of the facility. The final step was critiquing graphics that were used in the past and ones that didn't make the cut.

Question 1
They sent me graphics and asked me to critique each one. Ones they had previously used and ones that didn't make the cut.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Mood & Mind (Pisgah Forest, NC) in Sept 2018
Interview
I was sent an email with a handful of questions before scheduling an interview, such as asking about my location and commute time, and confirming that the salary range worked for me (no real interview type questions). I was then scheduled to do a Skype video interview a few days later that ended up lasting about 30 minutes. None of the questions were really curve balls or anything. Pretty basic stuff. After that I was scheduled to do an in person interview at the company headquarters. That interview lasted longer (about an hour and 15 minutes) and ended with a quick tour. The second interview had some more in depth and challenging questions. It was somewhat more conversational than some interviews which was nice.
