The interview process was smooth. We communicated via email, where the Recruiting person was always very kind, responsive and transparent. As part of the pre-interview process, they sent about eight pre-screen questions by email The interview was online.

- What types of events have you had experience with planning/hosting/coordinating? - Do you have a lot of experience working with tight budgets? Please explain. - Can you talk to me about your experience working with event sponsors? - Have you got experience in organising a program of speakers within different conference tracks?

Interview
The interview took half an hour which they have asked questions specific to my experience and I have explained the content and the issues that might happen in detailed though, i had the impression that I would not recieve the job because of my experience which was really higher than what they have expected for that position.
