The Interview Process begins with a phone interview. You will receive a call from them to schedule the phone interview first (I think I just did mine right then and there). If you are well received, they will call you back (a week or so later for me) to schedule an in-person interview. A week after that, they called me to let me know I was not chosen for the Receptionist position. One week after that, I received another call from them, they had a position open up for an Account Administrator and invited me for an interview with that team lead. And here I am.
