Process was rigourous and challenging. They tested domain and business skills. Asked about my previous projects, work profile, role, challenges faced and my future aspirations. They gave me a case study and asked multiple other technical questions to check my domain knowledge.

Overall very welcoming and encouraging. 5 total interviews with a variety of people on the team. Some interviews were panels while some were individual. Asked about personal life outside of work which was refreshing compared to other interviews.

Interview process includes Initial screening, assignment round - we have to write credit analysis for a name assigned , followed by hiring manager round and final HR round. Salary negotiation happens in HR round
