I interviewed with the manufacturing engineering manager. He was very laid back and informal. He insisted that I did not call him sir. He was interested in my hobbies and the type of person I am. He also was interested in my future career goals. He stressed the importance of education and told me he understood that school should be my first priority. He also emphasized the importance of obtaining a graduate degree.

Interview was very straightforward. Most questions were basic yes-or-no explaining the requirements of the position and seeing what experience you have with CAD, Microsoft Office, etc. They seemed to be looking for things like customer service experience, teamwork, and organization moreso than engineering experience. Interviewers were friendly; it was 3 on 1 but didn't feel like an interrogation. Drug test required after I received offer.
