Moonpig Associate Software Engineer interview questions

Initial phone interview with in house recruiter to discuss background then another 'technical' phone interview to discuss how you would approach scenarios such as dealing with difficult people in a team. Onsite interview over 3 hours long with pair programming session, then another round of drilling questions going through CV and finally round HR representative going over scenario based questions. Advertised for someone starting an engineering career with no expectation of technical knowledge or tests but rather interest and keen to learn but had pair session to build a game with test specifications so was surprised by that. Everything before that was surrounding behavioural questions.
