An initial phone chat with the hiring manager, followed by an informal meeting over coffee. The final stage was an interview with 2 senior colleagues and a presentation.
The whole process felt warm, supportive, and every person I met as part of the process was interested in me as a person, not just the qualifications and experience I had.
I left each stage of the interview process wanting to progress and join the company because of how I was made to feel and how inspiring I found the company and those in it.
