I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at More2
Interview
Assessment day consists of three tasks. One very easy which tests clerk skills. Second is a maths test consisting of numerous calculations which are not difficult however the number of questions makes it difficult to complete within the given time. Third test is problem solving e.g. Working out the time zone differences in order to set up a meeting which suits serval parties.

Why our company
What do you see yourself doing in 5 years
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at More2 (London, England) in Jan 2020
Interview
After passing first round of technical tests: 2-on-1 chat followed by 30 min case analysis and presentation to 2 senior analysts.
From the interview and feedback, what I’m getting is, this role is much more sales & marketing than analysis. GCSE-level math plus one week of marketing experience will let you pass this interview, a degree in statistics but with no marketing experience will not.

Question 1
What recommendation will you give the client to increase their sales.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at More2 (Southwark, England) in Apr 2016
Interview
First stage is an assessment centre, you go in to just sit 4 tests and are given an interesting company presentation. Tests: numerical reasoning, numerical estimation, clerical checking, business problem solving. Really simple tests.
Second/final round involves an interview with 2 managers/senior analysts asking about CV, motivation and a few competency based questions. Then there's a case study presentation on some sales data that they give you - you have around 30 mins to do this. You have to do a 5-10 minute powerpoint presentation on this and then you're asked follow up questions by 2 analysts. Details on the assignment brief is quite vague so this can be good or bad... little guidance or able to explore lots of different things.
