Simple, recruiter call followed by three interviews. Pretty laid back and conversational. Some were even shorter than anticipated. I talked to a couple of members of the team along with the director.

Applied and received an email to schedule a time for a screening call to be ghosted by the recruiter after they had told me that I would hear back from them tomorrow. I am not impressed with the lack of professionalism, as applying for jobs is extremely stressful and time-consuming. I had sent a polite follow-up email with still no response.
I was put through 5 interviews over a 7 week period, it was long process that eventually led to a non-offer. It was stressful but I feel that I did my best throughout the process.
