There were two phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with the several team leaders and also people from the team. After each phase, the feedback was quick, which allowed me to better manage the process with my previous employer.

3 round interviews. Phone screening with HR, going over some basic questions. Then phone interview with hiring manager. Mostly questions on resume, background and skill sets. Finally an on-site interview with 3 people on the team.

Interview
It was not difficult. They need qualified analysts because of high turnover and co-ops and interns crunching the numbers. Previous credit experience will ensure you the job. They asked some easy questions that they thought were difficult. Told me how big they were and that I could move to London or NY if I wanted.
