I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Morningstar in July 2021
Interview
I was contacted by the HR team for the aptitude test, which I cleared. Questions were fairly easy, one or two of them being a little out of what I know. The next was a technical+managerial round, wherein I was asked basic questions related to ratios, balance sheets, dividends, splits etc. It was very smooth and the interviewers were extremely welcoming and warm. Next was the HR, with the basic questions a HR asks- what do I plan to do in next 5 years, plans of higher education etc.
