Interview
Once your resume has been shortlisted, there are three rounds.
First is an aptitude test (questions here were related to Finance, Accounting, basic maths, and reasoning), then 2 rounds of Interviews, both mainly consisting of technical questions.
If cleared, HR will call you can let you know that you've been selected and will send the offer letter within 3-4 working days (before sending the offer letter, HR will provide you with the CTC structure, along with the joining date on mail, once confirmed by you, the offer letter will be rolled out).
The overall process was smooth and the experience was good.
The salary offered in my opinion was a little less.

Question 1
What's Debt to Equity Ratio? Formula?
Is a higher or lower D/E better?
What's CAPEX?
The linkage between the three Financial statements.
What's Free Cash flow?
What are preference shares?
How do you deal with monotonous work? (Yes, they really asked that)
What's Depreciation & Amortization? How are they different? Explain its effects on all three Financial Statements
What's minority Interest?
Will you be willing to work occasionally on Saturdays?
Are you more of a team player or an individual conributor type?
The interviews were very quick, 15-20 minutes max per interview.
The interviewers were also very nice.
If you have a good hold on common Financial concepts, you'll hardly have any trouble (if you're a CFA candidate, just knowing the L1 FRA material will get you through 70% of the questions). Just focus on your delivery, and be confident.

Aptitude & Reasoning Test, TL Round, Managerial Round. Then HR will revert back within week if you are selected. The worst part is some of them are getting rejection mails and some aren't.

First round was aptitude test. Next two rounds were conducted on the same meeting. The overall process took 1-2 weeks. There were two parts in the aptitude test. 30+30 = 60questuons.
