Same as mentioned in Job discription. Assessment has basic aptitude , reasoning, typing speed test and some finance based questions. After clearing all those round you have your interview where you will be have basic HR based and situation based questions.

What do you know about Morningstar
The process involve 3 rounds after My resume has been shortlisted. The selection process includes an aptitude test, followed by two interview rounds — the first focusing on behavioral assessment and the second on technical evaluation.

Firstly there is an simple assessment exam after which there is a session for shortlisted individuals then it is followed by two rounds of interviews where you wait in a zoom call with other candidates and then if you are shortlist you for next one
