Went through multiple interviews with the manager, GM, and Morries Cadillac Liaison. Very friendly and transparent. The interview process was very thorough and they cared about what I wanted and also made their requirements clear.

Formal, bring your resume and know your industry, otherwise your normal interview, be ready for a drug test and personality quiz if they offer you the job. Otherwise do your research on the manufacture that you will be working for.
