Interviewer was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Got taken to a private, quiet room and asked questions while the Interviewer took notes. Pleasant atmosphere and had a casual chat afterwards. They were understanding if I took a minute to think about my answer. Haven't received an offer yet as interview was recent.

What experience do you have in retail/customer service?
Interviewer was very nice and explained the job role well. Informal interview that was practically just a job briefing with a few questions on customer service. All in all a positive experience
Initial application pretty simple, then situational judgement test where your given a scenario and have to rank each answer with first, second and third choice on what you would do/ how you’d respond to that scenario and if you pass that then it’s the final interview
