Online questionnaire similar to other supermarkets. Followed by in person interview. Very standard interview questions and a kind interviewer. Even though I didn't get the job is was a good experience.

Why do you want this role/what can you bring to the role?
Easy process, felt like informal chat with the employer. Focused on examples of relevant skills to the job, completed range of computer courses about relevant information to the job. Job interview lasted around 15 minutes
I applied online. I interviewed at Morrisons (Glasgow, Scotland) in July 2025
Interview
Very easy. Simple questions asked about customer inquiries and how I would handle them. I was then given the job offer and told about the benefits. As it was a reduction in hours from my current job I ended up declining the offer
