Conversational and very relaxed - met managers of the amazon team and enjoyed the overall experience. They spoke about the role and the expectations and the type of person they expect for someone to come in.

Interview
It lasted maybe 15 mins, and it was not extensive. However, while they seemed flexibility regarding hours in the interview, this later changed upon accepting the job, but overall, they were friendly
When I got to the store for the interview , the job didn’t exist , was told I could have a job in the cafe instead of I wanted? All jobs at Morrisons are part time , if you want full time you need to be a manger
