I applied online. I interviewed at Morrocco Method Int'l (Grover Beach, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
There was no interview at all. In fact they wanted a web designer, asked for samples and then I was told the owner liked my designs. They than had me create lame logos and labels. Over all it was a joke.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Morrocco Method Int'l (San Luis Obispo, CA) in June 2016
Interview
Mr. Morrocco is strange and makes you feel like you are a bad child. He talks highly of himself and talks down to you. Called after I submitted resume on line. He was condescending and hooked me up with a kid that was half my age to "test" me on writing copy. I am a published journalist with a lot of social media and marketing experience not to mention many other applicable job skills. He wasted over two hours of my time. At least he was kind enough to send me a letter telling me I wasn't what he wanted. Not a good feeling there-surprised there were any good reviews at all. Maybe I just wasn't a good fit. Office was in a shambles but he claimed they were moving soon. Also, had me sit in on a meeting about some huge international strategy and shushed me when I said something (since I assumed I was to participate) then stared at me later when I didn't say anything asking why I didn't speak up. Seemed confrontational. Had to write ad copy and a social media blurb using a sheet with some requirements to complete the assignment. I was also told it would be a paid working interview. Nope. Saw NOTHING.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
I can't even remember the questions because I couldn't wait to get the heck out of there. He was a creep.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Morrocco Method Int'l (San Luis Obispo, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
A few working interviews along with a few sit-down interviews. A lot more drawn out and time taken than a normal interview process. Other than that it was a normal interview with the usual questions asked.
