Summer 2023 - I applied twice in the same year with several months in between applications. On the first time, it took about a month to get a final acknowledgment that my application had actually been read by a human, and was able to schedule an interview. The questions were fairly standard, and by the time it was said and done, it appeared to be a rather successful interview. Two, maybe three weeks later, after several inquiries and finding out that the hiring manager took a month-long vacation, I was finally told that I wasn't selected for the position despite having worked for the company previously.
Winter 2023 - Upon my 2nd application later in the year, there was no actual interview, just a fast-track to get me started ASAP with "training" lasting a grand total of ONE day before being thrust back into production. The training was just rehashing company polilcy and logging off for the day once all acknowledgments and assigned training videos had been completed.
