Mortgage Solutions Financial interview questions

The entire process took about a week. I applied for the position on a Monday, got an email from the recruiter Tuesday asking me to answer about 11 follow up questions which included, questions like "why our company, what makes you stand out, commute, qualifications and pay." on Wedneday I received a call from a recruiter inviting me to come in to the physical office for an in person interview that upcoming Monday. I had my in person interview, they asked me about 5-6 behavioral/situational questions and allowed me to ask some questions. Overall the in person interview took about 30 minutes. At the end of the interview they said to allow 1-2 business days to hear back from the recruiter one way or another. 5 business days passed and I hadn't received any communication from the recruiter so I sent a follow up email. Now 2 whole weeks after my interview, I still haven't heard anything from anybody regarding my interview. A follow up one way or another is appreciated and I find it unprofessional to not follow up with your candidates.

A casual conversation between the hiring manager and myself. There were no formal interview questions. They told me what issues they were facing and I explained my experience in relation to what their priorities were and gave them ideas on how on might address those or if not selected, options that they might explore.
