Morty Sales Operations Associate interview questions

Phone interview, fairly informal interview. Very unstructured. The interviewer asked an alarmingly low amount of questions. Did not seem to know how to interview others or what they were looking for. Additionally, it was difficult to hear them- sounded like they were walking while were interviewing me.
