First, you should apply online and find a person from your network who knows people from the firm to put a word for you to pass the screening. Second, they invite you to problem solving test (PST) in their office. It is similar to McKinsey tests. 60 minutes, 3 cases, 26 questions. Third, if you pass, the do background check and contact your former colleagues and employer to get a feedback on you. Then, you will be invited for in-person interview with one or two partners. I had one 2 hours interview, 2 cases (45 min) each and fit interview. They told me feedback straight after the final case interview.
