Interview
The process started with the phone interview asking typical questions about the company and the role. After getting an image of a candidate they invite to arrage a 1:1 Interview.
The interview consist of a set of competency based questions and the questions about the preferred role and expected salary. It also typically includes the discussion of the main points on your CV.
Around two or three working days after the interview a phone call is made to let the candidate know about their decision.
